Dating back to 1779, La Ferme de la Coutettaz blends centuries of Alpine heritage with contemporary design. While the traditional stone exterior reflects its history, the interior feels bright, modern and unexpectedly spacious. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living area with natural light, while clean lines, carefully chosen furnishings and warm timber details create a relaxed space that’s both elegant and comfortable.

The chalet has been designed so that almost everything is on one level, making it particularly practical for families travelling with different generations. The open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen form the heart of the chalet, creating an easy flow between cooking, eating and relaxing without anyone feeling separated from the rest of the group. The five beautifully furnished bedrooms combine traditional character with flexible sleeping arrangements, with one bedroom on the upper floor providing a little extra privacy. Although quietly tucked away on one of Morzine’s older streets, the chalet is only a few minutes’ walk from both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, or two minutes to a bus stop, giving you easy access to the Portes du Soleil. The restaurants, cafés and independent shops of Morzine are equally close by, allowing you to enjoy everything the resort has to offer before returning to the peace and character of this historic farmhouse.
