Step outside and you’ll find a bakery, restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket all within a few minutes’ walk, while the nearby drag lift links you to the St Martin gondola. It’s an ideal base if you enjoy having everything close at hand.

Inside, the apartment feels bright and surprisingly spacious. The open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax together after skiing, while the newly renovated kitchen is well equipped whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before first lifts or cooking an evening meal. Doors open onto the partly covered balcony, giving you somewhere to enjoy a morning coffee or watch village life unfold outside. The apartment offers two comfortable twin rooms and can accommodate a fifth guest on the sofa bed in the lounge if required. The recently refurbished shared bathroom and separate WC add to the practical layout, making Iris particularly well suited to a small group of friends. Join the pub quiz on Tuesdays, listen to some great singers on Sundays and Thursdays or if you prefer cosy nights in, simply close the bedroom shutters to help reduce any noise later in the evening.
